Q. How do I order a custom rug?
A. Head over to the custom order page on this website and submit a form! A fee of $75 is required to order along with detailed information about what you’re wanting me to make.
Q. Why do I have to pay a fee to order a custom rug?
A. This fee is referred to as a “setup/Materials fee” I use this fee to pay for all necessary materials to create a custom rug for you. This is always required for custom orders, no exceptions! There is no fee when you order a rug from my store.
Q. How long will it take to get my rug?
A. If you order a rug from my premade selection or “current stock” you can expect your rug in 7-10 business days and it will ship same day in most cases. If placing an order for a custom rug it will ship in 3-5 days from the time you order and take another 7-10 business days through our shipping partners to reach you. Custom work takes time!

Q. How do I care for my new rug?
A. Vacuum like normal paying attention to any parts of the rug that may get caught. Use a hose when necessary and don’t actively pull out the carpet fibers. Spot wipe with normal carpet cleaner and keep away from excessive heat or sunlight. My rugs are safe around children and don’t have any weird smells :)
